Holiday Baking Giveaway

It is hard to believe that Christmas is just 2 and a half weeks away! While most of my shopping is done, I have done barely any Christmas baking yet. Why? Because if I bake now it won’t last until Christmas. 😉 However, this weekend I plan to spend an entire afternoon with my mom and grandma baking dozens and dozens of my grandma’s famous Italian fig cookies. A yearly tradition that is very near and dear to my heart.

To help jump-start your holiday baking, I thought I would giveaway some of my favorite products to use when baking Christmas cookies. I joined up with OXO to offer you one of these super cute “Be a Good Cookie” spatulas. These spatulas are sold to support the charity “Cookies for Kids Cancer”, which is a charity started by two OXO employees, Gretchen and Larry Witt, who were inspired after their son’s battle with pediatric cancer. The charity is supported by local bake sales, and over the past four years, thousands of bake sales have been held, raising over $2.5 million dollars to fund pediatric cancer research. Pretty awesome, huh?

This year, OXO will donate up to $100,000 to support research for new and improved therapies, which includes donating 50% of the profits from the Limited Edition “Be a Good Cookie” spatula. To purchase you own spatula, donate money, learn more about the organization, or find out how to organize and host your own bake, check out the OXO Good Cookies website.

Giveaway Details:
One winner will win an OXO spatula, a Christmas Cookie cookbook, a set of 20 assorted Christmas cookie cutters, 4 different types of holiday sprinkles, 4 cookie boxes to store your treats, and a insulated mug (to keep your hot chocolate warm while you bake!)
