Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Roasted veggies are the perfect side for any chicken dish. This is an easy, healthy and quick dish to throw together to accompany a weeknight meal.

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

2 heads of broccoli, separated into florets
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a small baking dish, toss broccoli florets with the extra virgin olive oil, seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic. Spread out evenly in the dish.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender enough to pierce with a fork. Remove and transfer to a serving platter. Toss the broccoli with the lemon juice and serve.
